Job Description Support the transactional flow of production/origination professionals focused on multifamily financing structures through agency (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA/HUD) and non-agency relationships. Responsible for all aspects of the transaction process, assisting in financial loan structuring, facilitating the gathering, reviewing and dissemination of all relevant property and borrower specific due diligence, and tracking the loan applications through final closing. Review and analyze preliminary property financial information for loan sizing. Investigate, analyze and communicate micro and macro level location attributes of project under consideration. Understand physical characteristics of properties and the related competitive advantages and disadvantages. Interact with agencies for approval of any non-standard loan attributes prior to issuing application. Coordinate pass-off of loans under application to credit/underwriting team. Facilitate communication between internal teams and borrower for collection of underwriting due diligence. Review and understand legal borrowing entity structures including but not limited to limited liability companies, corporations and partnerships. Possess knowledge of the formation process for legal entities in the state in which borrowers are forming legal entities for transactions. Produce entity structure/organizational charts outlining ownership percentages. Eligible to manage or perform loan origination or servicing functions under mortgage Investor or government agency guideline requirements. Responsibilities and Primary Activities: Review and analyze preliminary property financial information for loans sizing based on appropriate agency or non-agencey platform lending requirements. Investigate,analyze and communicate micro and macro-level location attributes of projects under consideration. Understand physical characteristics of properties, and the related competitive advantages and disadvantages. Interact with agencies for approval of any non-standard loan attributes prior to issuing application. Issue application and facilitate receipt of executed application and required application fee. Coordinate pass-off of loans under application to credit/underwriting team. Facilitate communication between internal teams and borrower for collection of underwriting due diligence. Coordinate all aspects of underwriting, closing and delivery to meet required timelines. Review and understand legal borrowing entity structures including but not limited to limited liability companies, corporations and partnerships. Possess knowledge of the formation process for legal entities in the state in which borrowers are forming legal entities for transactions. Produce entity structure/organizational charts outlining ownership percentages. Perform ad hoc assignments for Loan Originators or Head of Multifamily production. Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years experience with HUD Healthcare
  • 3-5 years experience in Multi-family lending
