We are currently seeking a senior multi-faceted individual to add to our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures quality and productivity standards are met and improvements are made where necessary.
  • Conducts productivity reviews, best practices analyses, process improvement studies, organizational analysis, metrics development and service partnership agreements.
  • Focuses on workflow, client experience, reducing expense, and enhanced efficiency.
  • At Manager level, recommends and develops programs and metrics, partners with compliance and other internal areas to ensure all related requirements are integrated into processes as necessary, and oversees vendor relationships.
  • Recommends, develops, implements, and manages quality assurance programs and metrics across multiple disciplines to ensure and adherence with all related requirements, increase productivity and reduce cost.
  • Continuously identifies needs of the stakeholders, analyzes levels of service and performance targets, proactively presents opportunities for efficiency improvements and supports change management initiatives.
  • Prepares and delivers business cases based on solid analysis and business findings.
  • Effectively drives change across multiple functional groups.
  • Develops process documentation and monitors quality and productivity going forward to measure and ensure success.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience
  • 7 years’ experience working in the area of quality assurance and process improvement
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytic capabilities, communication skills, problem solving and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships and to exercise significant influence and persuasion to drive implementation of recommended improvements
  • Think strategically while driving tactical action plans to reach the desired future state
  • Knowledge of project management lifecycle

Preferred Requirements:

  • Lean Six Sigma training or certification, or comparable Quality or Process Improvement methodology
  • Knowledge of project management lifecycle
  • Project management certifications
