Job Description Responsible for electronic service functions within Wire Transfer, Automated Clearing House (ACH), ATM Banking, and client service support within these functions.

Typically requires ability to perform extremely complex duties within Business Express, TaxTel and NETS, and PEP+.  Requires expertise and ability to identify and resolve PC hardware/software problems, solid analytical and technical skills and knowledge of all department operations and procedures.  Must have experience in assisting corporate customers in problem resolution, in preparing magnetic tapes and sending transmissions, and in developing internal procedures.  Typically requires decision-making and resolution of issues not clearly established by procedures.  Works under minimal supervision. 


Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent

Demonstrated 10 key and data entry skills 1 year customer service experience

Strong analytical skills

Demonstrated multi-tasking experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior call center or banking experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Flexible and able to work under stress and time constraints

Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to handle a PC and perform basic trouble shooting techniques

Bi-lingual preferred
