Ensure customer’s needs are met on a daily basis by answering phone calls in a queue environment, handling customer issues, providing payoffs, monitoring and responding to voicemail and email messages, issuing Bill of Sale requests, sending invoices upon request, validation of customer information for changes on submissions in Automated Clearing House (ACH) requests, processing payment requests, obtaining updated address information on return mail, issuing copies of lease documents upon request, processing address changes systematically, documenting accounts for each activity handled, assisting customers with insurance issues, bringing full resolution to customer requests timely, sorting and distribution of mail, and waiving erroneous charges upon request and approval.
The preferred candidate would have experience working with titles ideally around liens and collateral. Experience in commercial lending a strong plus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Answer incoming phone calls. 2. Return timely responses to all voicemail and email per the policy set forth. 3. Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met with regard to customer service for both internal and external customers. 4. Strive to provide extraordinary customer service by exercising the Perfect Client Experience (PCE). 5. Actively promote the reputation of the Bank by building relationships with customers, handling each customer with personal interest and respect. 6. Take ownership of customer problems and follow through until resolution is achieved. 7. Ensure the utmost confidentiality. 8. Resolve lease and loan inquires. 9. Payment research and resolution. 10. Update systems accurately with revised customer information (e.g. phone/fax/address changes). 11. Obtain updated billing address information upon receipt of returned mail. 12. Route customer calls to the appropriate departments or personnel upon request. 13. Liaise with insurance provider to assist in resolution to ensure adequate coverage. 14. Provide payoff, amortization and year end information upon request. 15. Provide Bill of Sale, invoice and copies of contract documents. 16. Process payments via phone request. 17. Waive erroneous fees charged upon approval per policy. 18. Open, sort and distribute incoming mail. 19. Work closely and efficiently with clients to resolve their needs and document activities properly. Required Skills and Competencies: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Associate's degree in a related field, or equivalent education and related training 2. Two years of experience in the leasing or financial industry, including customer service experience in a fast-paced environment 3. Perform mathematical calculations at the high school level, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with whole numbers, decimals, dollars and cents 4. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and strong analytical and problem-solving skills 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 6. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products 7. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight Desired Skills: 1. Knowledge of leasing industry from a basic contract and servicing perspective, as well as a familiarity with both direct and indirect/brokered financing 2. Letter composition 3.
