Job Description

Provide administrative support to sales people with account coverage, marketing securities, including phone coverage, distribution of research, conference information, preparation of T&E's, general correspondence, maintain contact management application database, order processing, specialized reports, coordinate analyst, company management visits with institutional client base, customer service and general administrative support. Typically assists one or more sales reps. License required within 9 months.

Minimum Requirements:

• Some clerical experience

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Requirements:

• Some Sales Assistant Experience

• 1-2 years in Financial Services

• Series 7 & 63 Registrations
