Serve as a liaison with third-party long-term incentives administrator, internal business partners and payroll, for the effective management of the short and long-term incentives lifecycle. Ensuring appropriate taxation is applied on vested equities and monitors transactions for data quality and accuracy. Participate in the design, planning and testing phases of the Annual Talent & Rewards event. Accountable for the administration and execution of the Off-Cycle and Annual Talent & Rewards process for HR operations. Accurate processing of quarterly rewards to include Restricted Stock dividend payments, off-cycle Long-Term Incentives, AIP and LTI eligibility maintenance, and other compensation programs. Participate in and provide subject matter expertise for new Compensation, Incentive and Rewards and Wellbeing plan implementations as needed to ensure successful integration into the Total Rewards Operations portfolio. Oversee and monitor all SunTrust Employee Equities and LTI Cash Plans Adhere to and maintain regulatory compliance on various compensation related controls. Work closely with both internal and external auditors. Participate in quarterly testing of controls and annual audit walk through. Lead quarterly testing of controls and annual audit walk through for the Total Rewards portfolio as needed. Write, maintain and publish procedures on all activities performed by HR Ops Total Rewards Partners with HR, Finance and Accounting on incentive compensation and benefit projections and accruals.
Basic Requirements: •Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience •4 years experience in a compensation or benefits role •Experience developing corporate communications •Experience with Excel, Word, Access and comfort with adapting easily to new technology tools •Ability to collect and interpret information as well as evaluate and use information to enhance services for employees •Ability to coordinate and manage content across HR functional areas •Ability to work efficiently and effectively while maintaining attention to detail •Ability to be flexible and prioritize activities •Strong interpersonal, teamwork, presentation, and organization skills •Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Requirements: •Bachelor degree with a concentration in HR or Benefits •5 years experience in financial services •Ability to manage and promote knowledge throughout SunTrust by using systems / networks to share, record, and capitalize on knowledge •Experience with Workday
