Job Description This role will be responsible for defining the strategy and three to five year execution roadmap for an industry leading Salesforce platform within the Wholesale Bank at SunTrust. This includes partnering with Line of Business (Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, and Commercial Real Estate) and functional partners (Rick and Operation) to identify business capabilities required to drive revenue growth and efficiency targets.

Role will lead a team of product owners aligned to Wholesale business and functional partners. Team is responsible for partnering with Salesforce account team and Enterprise Architects to align solutions to business capabilities required. Once identified, team will define business requirements and work closely with the technical delivery team to ensure effective delivery including development, testing, and business change management.

SunTrust Salesforce platform consists of a highly integrated environment of 4,000 users across sales, risk and operation functions including app exchange partners for pitchbook preparation, client surveys, e-mail marketing, and analytics. Current roadmap includes transition to agile delivery methodology, conversion to lightning user interface, evaluation of Einstein product and investment in quote to cash and/or contract adherence capabilities. Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

· Minimum of 10 years financial services and/or salesforce platform experience; minimum of 5 years leading cross functional efforts in product development · Experience defining and delivering large-scale initiatives including requirements gathering, testing and communication planning

· Experience in Waterfall and Agile development environments · Experience managing vendor relationships, including contract negotiation Required:

  • BS/BA (or equivalent experience) · Possess strong understanding of product management role
