Within the BTO, the Knowledge Delivery team accelerates stronger execution, compliance, and the client experience by providing teammates with the information they need when they need it. The Consumer Knowledge Delivery Consultant will be responsible for the following. ·Understanding the current state and developing the future state procedures and associated documentation for the assigned business processes. ·Proactively identifing potential compliance/risk/teammate pain points and providing appropriate solutions to help improve overall teammate execution. ·Solving complex business problems and identifying operational gaps in existing processes. ·Supporting the overall process of improving internal branch, help line and call center procedure effectiveness. ·Building relationships and influencing those who may not be in their direct reporting structure to identify innovative approaches to address execution issues and develop procedure enhancements. ·Day-to-day activities may include: attending project meetings, updating complex procedures/manuals, educating users on work flow, managing work flow, reviewing procedures, escalating risk based concerns, and publishing procedure updates. Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience; 3+ years experience with banking operations regulatory, legal, or audit related issues. 3+ years general operations experience in a variety of areas including across business functions demonstrating a track record ability to progress. Proven experience in the execution of large, complex bank operations projects. Knowledge of end to end process design, management and re-engineering. Knowledge of applicable rules and regulations related to banking operations. Policy and procedure expertise.
