Job Description

Supports various systems access initiatives. Performs research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of business systems and industry requirements. May act as the liaison among the stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, communicate and validate business and system requirements. Selects an appropriate business analysis approach across a variety of subject domains. Gathers and clearly documents the business needs (requirements) of clients and stakeholders using techniques like prototyping, use cases, wireframes, and JAD sessions. Serves as a liaison between the clients and developers to ensure that all technical requirements are identified, if applicable. Works with test coordinators, may facilitate end-user demos, and basic end-user system training. Identifies and documents issues and risks. Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, and decomposes high-level information in to details, abstract up from low-level information. Applies an understanding of key business processes and practical experience to solve a range of straightforward problems. Analyzes possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents. Works under moderate supervision.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in IT security or access management or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Knowledge of information security programs and ability to apply that knowledge in practice. Ability to manage competing priorities. Ability to solve problems in straightforward situations by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents. Experience participating in projects. Ability to communicate complex information in straightforward situations. Experience documenting requirements using Structured Analysis Techniques such as Use Cases, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Process Decomposition Diagrams and Workflows.

Preferred Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience. Banking or financial services experience. Knowledge of SOX, GLBA, Information Security/technology, CISSP, CISM and/or Six Sigma.
