The Foundations & Endowments Regional Relationship Management Team Leader position will lead a team of assigned Client Managers in regional offices whose primary job responsibility will be to ensure clients are receiving timely, proactive client service relating to their institutional not-for-profit investment advisory/trust relationship. These Client Managers will provide and oversee other value-added services to these not-for-profit clients to include, but not limited to, grant administration for private foundations, planned giving services and fund accounting services. This position will also work with and lead specific Client Managers on growing the business through both the expansion of existing relationships and winning new relationships through the identification, education and cultivation of not-for-profit board and investment committee members. This will be accomplished by working closely with their assigned Client Managers to help foster collaboration and teamwork with Foundations & Endowments business development officers, investment advisors and their respective leadership. In addition, this position with work with their assigned Client Managers to develop and execute segment specific business plans that will focus on identifying and developing unique value added services to various not-for-profit segments to include private foundations, healthcare, higher education/independent schools, associations as well as mission focused not-for-profit entities. This position will also be responsible and accountable for ensuring the fiduciary and risk/compliance oversight for all not-for-profit institutional client relationships administered by their assigned team of Client Managers. This includes but is not limited to Reg. 9, AML and KYC responsibilities.

Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, accounting or other business related field. Positive team based “can do” attitude with proven record in leading client service Teams handling investment advisory and Trust relationships. Needs to have strong leadership skills as well as problem solving skills and a keen sense of and attention to detail. A minimum of 12-15 years of demonstrated success in leading investment advisory/trust teams who have grown relationships by providing outstanding client service in a collaborative team environment. Also must be able to demonstrate success in leading teams who have won new business by successfully identifying, cultivating and educating prospective investment advisory/trust NFP clients.
