Job Description

Responsible for providing support for LOB Performance, Strategy, Execution and Operating functions, Industry and Client coverage activities for Commercial and Business Banking clients. Works closely with senior Commercial and Business Banking professionals. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Analyst 2 would require a more advanced level of work and skills in the following areas: Transaction Structuring and Execution

  • Financial modeling and analysis
  • Statistical analysis
  • Transaction proposal, analysis, and screening document preparation
  • Transaction due diligence Business Development

  • Strategy research and development

  • Industry research and analysis
  • Marketing material development and preparation
  • Opportunity pipeline review and maintenance
  • Market research
  • Sales tools support
  • Participate in client calls and client planning process
  • Provide client coverage support as needed Execution, Operating, Performance and Strategy functions

  • Effectively synthesize, analyze and interpret business data to guide decisions

  • Involved in various strategy projects
  • Effectively works with Partners and Sales teammates
  • Functions as an LOB representative on company initiatives and projects
  • Regulatory understanding and conformance activities
  • Execution and Operating projects and ongoing functions
  • Business performance information reporting and evaluation
  • Develop & Manage project plans to include identifying & managing stakeholders & provide subject matter expertise to project teams Required to work with associated business partners across both Lines of Business and Product Groups under the guidance of senior Commercial and Business Banking professionals. Follows all risk related practices and policies. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • High work ethic and competitive drive
  • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Typically requires 2 or more years of experience
  • Solid understanding of business Preferred Qualifications:
