Job Description The primary responsibility for the Business Program Specialist is to support the PWM Business Change Managers in the establishment, planning, execution and delivery of enterprise programs. This individual should have experience with designing, organizing and implementing programs and initiatives including creating program materials, presentations and statistical worksheets and workflows. Responsible for supporting the project management needs of a business unit, division, or company-wide. Has an understanding of the business unit(s) and the operating systems that support them. Serves as the project expert defining and executing projects regarding various business initiatives. Prepares business cases including financials and success factors for proposed operating and/or product changes
This position may include support responsibilities for other department and division initiatives as determined and assigned.
Support team and management in regularly reviewing the business strategy for programs and initiatives and outline new and updated strategies to meet changing demands.
Provide guidance and support in planning and executing assigned programs.
Obtain, document and analyze data for reporting, establishment of strategic direction and critical decision making purposes.
Monitor program progress by tracking activities, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions.
Develop and deliver both internal and external program presentations and materials.
Design and deliver program training and materials and participate in training sessions as required.
Organize program events and coordinate processes, people and documentation necessary to ensure efficiencies and effectiveness.
Schedule and organize meetings and work sessions with stakeholders and partners including preparation of materials, documentation and follow-up. Work closely with stakeholders and LOB partners to confirm their support and active participation as well as ensure integrity and consistency in program deliverables. Qualifications
3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Must possess strong verbal communication and facilitation skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and partnership skills.
Must be willing to accept assignments beyond the normal scope of day-to-day activities, including some evenings.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
3 years experience in banking / financial services including high net worth clients.
3 - 5 years in training/on-boarding advisors.
